Exploring some slipper & sock construction techniques!

Knitters are amazing at coming up with new ways to construct all sorts of garments – especially socks! From this ancient Romano-Egyptian pair (a technique I don’t see myself using any time soon!) to any of the newer sock construction techniques (such as those found in the 2016 Creative Sock Construction Roundup), there are plenty of unique techniques to experiment with!

I love experimenting with knitting construction techniques, so I’m thrilled to have so many options to test out. Here’s an overview of my first two experiments:
